On September 28, 2023, License Program Analysts (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux visited for an unannounced Case management - Required/Continual Required visits/inspection. This visit is due to a court order, facility is on probation licensee for two years. Present for today's visit was Licensee and licensee's son/assistant, Benjamin Sutton (fingerprint cleared son/assistant) and fingerprint cleared husband. There were six (6) children in care. LPA reviewed and obtained a copy of the facility roster. A tour of the facility was completed for heath and safety. Hours of operation is Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

LPA reminded licensee that the facility is on a probation license for two (2) years and is on continual required visits. The Court Order must remain posted for two (2) years from August 31, 2022. The court order is post for public viewing.

A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Exit interview conduct with licensee, Patricia Sutton.
