On March 18, 2024 at approximately 12:40 PM License Program Analysts (LPAs) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux and Christina Uribe visited for an unannounced Case management - Required/Continual Required Inspection. This visit is due to a court order, facility is on probation licensee for two years. Present for today's visit was Licensee and licensee's son/assistant, B. Sutton (fingerprint cleared son/assistant) and fingerprint cleared husband. During today's visit there were a total six (6) children in care, 2 infants and 4 toddlers. LPAs were allowed entry into the facility by son/assistant B. Sutton (2 infants at the site upon arrival), and licensee P. Sutton arrived few minutes later with four (4) toddler age children coming from the park. LPA reviewed and obtained a copy of the facility roster. A tour of the facility was completed for heath and safety. Hours of operation is Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

This facility does have an in ground swimming pool which is off limits, LPA inspected the pool area in the rear of the yard. The pool is surrounded by metal gate that is at least 5 feet high in the backyard area. The gate swings away from the pool, self-closes and has a self latching device.

LPA reminded licensee that the facility is on a probation license for two (2) years and is on continual required visits. The Court Order must remain posted for two (2) years from August 31, 2022. The court order is post for public viewing.

A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Exit interview conduct with licensee, Patricia Sutton.
