On April 14th, 2023 at approximately 2:20pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright met with licensee Bhavnaben Shah for an Unannounced Required 1 Year Inspection. Present during inspection were nine (9) children and fingerprint cleared volunteer Rupa Kulkarnt and spouse Sandip Shah who assisted in todays inspection. Hours of operation are 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday.

LPA toured the facility to conduct a health and safety inspection. The single story home was neat and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort of children in care. The isolation area is in the living room which is a section away from other children in care.

Off limit Areas: Kitchen, living room located right side of hallway, all three (3) bedrooms, garage, main and left side areas of the backyard including garden area adjacent to the sun room. The off limits areas will be made inaccessible by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision.

The outdoor play area is free from defects or dangerous conditions. There are age appropriate toys that are safe and good condition. The home has a fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher, working smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector, and working telephone.
