13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) D.Campos conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint investigation regarding the above allegations. LPA met with the licensee and explained the purpose of the visit. Present at the time of inspection was licensee's spouse, minor daughter, one fingerprint cleared asistant and 8 children in care (3 infants, 5 preschool aged). The complaint alleged that a child received unexplained bruising while in care and that due to lack of supervision, child received multiple injuries. Based on observations, a review of relevant records, and interviews conducted during the investigation, there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegations. Meaning although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, LPA could not determine if the injuries did occur (scratches, and bruises) they were the result of lack of supervision or rough and tumble play between children. Therefore, the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated at this time.
Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with the licensee, Soni Kumari Bharati.
