13 | On August 25, 2026, at 8:40AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Miranda met with Licensee Zahaira Pereda Lopez to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA toured the facility and obtained a copy of the facility roster. Present for the inspection was the licensee, licensee’s assistant, licensee's adult daughter, and 7 children in care (3 infants, 3 toddlers, and 1 preschool age).
Based on interviews, observations, and a review of records, there is insufficient evidence to support the allegation that the licensee yelled at children in care. Although the allegation may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove whether the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Zahaira Pereda Lopez.
