13 | On October 7, 2026 at 9:24am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Licensee Donise Keller to conclude the complaint investigation for the above allegation. Present during today's visit were 3 infants, 4 preschool-aged children, and two additional staff. LPA toured the daycare for a Health and Safety check.
During the course of the investigation LPA reviewed records, conducted observations, and conducted interviews. The complainant alleged that the licensee is gone from the daycare more than 80% of the allotted time. There is conflicting information regarding the above allegations. Therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
Exit Interview conducted. Report and Appeal Rights were reviewed with Licensee Donise Keller and a copy provided. Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted 30 days. |
