13 | On October 18, 2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Mayla Mendoza met with Assistant Yolanda Baraba and Laura Padilla. During the course of the investigation LPA Loza and LPM Mendoza conducted interviews and observed the children.
There were three infants present and one staff member. Interviews as well as LPA’s, and LPM's observations determined that although a parent is alleging her child is not consuming water, not being fed and not having her child's diapering needs met, other interviews indicated that the facility is diapering the infants in a timely manner and providing enough food and water to the children. Based on LPA and LPM interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
