13 | On 9/17/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander conducted a subsequent visit to deliver the findings to the above complaint allegation. LPA met with licensee Nha Nguyen and explained the purpose of the visit.
Upon entry into the home LPA observed along with license, her 2 adult assistants and 11 children in care, consisting of three (3) infants and eight (8) preschoolers. During LPA’s previous visit, staff interviews and a tour of the home were conducted. Video footage has also been obtained and reviewed. During interviews it was admitted that the licensee speaks loudly, but denies speaking harshly to the chidren in care. The video footage obtained only revealed a voice or voices of someone speaking in a raised voice or voices, it is unknown who was speaking. LPA is unable to prove or disprove if the person or persons were the licensee and/or staff or if the language was harsh in tone.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
An exit interview was conducted with licensee Nha Nguyen.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days. |
