Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) D. Campos arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with Alisha Morris and explained the purpose of the inspection. The Preschool Coordinator, 3 fingerprint-cleared and associated staff members, and 16 preschool children in care were present for today's visit.
Based on the interviews, observations, and record review, although another party reported licensee is operating out of ratio, LPA found no confirmed instances of when the facilty was found operating out of ratio. While the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated at this time.

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) D. Campos arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with interim Director Alisha Morris and explained the purpose of the inspection. The interim director, 3 fingerprint cleared and associated staff members, and 16 children in care were present for today's visit.
Based on the interviews, observations, and record review, although another party reported unqualified staff providing care and supervision, LPA found no confirmed instances of unqualified staff supervising children in care. While the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated at this time.
