13 | On October 20, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Simerjit Kaur met with Director Diane Tapia a complaint visit. Present during the inspection were the 2 staff members and 12 infants (11 infants were taking nap). LPA toured the facility for health and safety inspection.
During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, observation, and record review. It was alleged that staff did not follow day care child's dietary restrictions. Child 1 had dietary restrictions, and was provided muffin with baked eggs in the classroom. Facility is aware of C1's dietary restrictions. Based on interviews and record review, LPA determined the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED.
See 809D for deficiency. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Program Specialist Catherine Bollinger. |
