Today, July 1, 2026 at 10:02AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Paulita De La Cruz and Vandana Eswara met with Asst. Director, Ms. Veronica Uitz, for a complaint visit. Forty-nine (49) preschool children and six (6) staff were present during this visit. A complaint allegation of Personal Rights - Staff do not prevent child from bullying other children was received.

Based on interviews of staff, children, and review of records, LPA received conflicting information during the course of the investigation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, the preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur has not been met. The above allegation was found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. There was no deficiency cited for this allegation.

Exit interview was conducted with asst. director, Ms. Uitz. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided. The Notice of Site Visit form was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
