32 | Due to the conflicting statements, LPA was unable to determine whether Staff 3’s tone rose to the level of yelling or whether it remained firm but appropriate. Although the incident occurred, there is not enough evidence to determine that a violation of personal rights occurred. Based on the information obtained, the evidence is insufficient to support that yelling occurred.
Based on the investigation, the allegation is determined to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. This means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the violation occurred.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative Rebecca Jarrett.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided to Facility Representative. |
