On October 7, 2026, at 12:25 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Miranda met with Site Director, Ana Lopez to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA toured the facility and obtained a copy of the facility roster. Present for the inspection was the director, assistant director, 12 teachers, 1 teacher’s aide, and 55 children in care.

Additional interviews with staff were conducted away from the facility (in parking lot) to maintain strict confidentiality. Based on interviews, observations, and a review of records, there is insufficient evidence to support the allegation that staff did not accommodate non-sleeping day care children. Although the allegation may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove whether the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided.
