Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini conducted an unannounced 10 day visit for a complaint investigation. LPA met with director Priyanka Sharma and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present for today's visit were director and 25 teachers supervising 125 children.
During the course of the investigation, the LPA conducted interviews and gathered relevant information. Based on the statements obtained, the LPA did not find concrete evidence to support the allegation. Therefore, Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. A copy of appeal rights and report was given to director. Exit interview was conducted with director, Priyanka Sharma.
