Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with director, Kelly Samimi and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present during today’s visit, director and 6 staff members supervising 22 children.
Based on the statements obtained during the interviews, the information revealed that no staff member witnessed anyone mishandling a child or using any form of physical punishment. However, the facility did acknowledge that an incident occurred in which C1 and C2 bumped into each other. In addition, a review of the video footage disclosed that on 09/09/2026 at approximately 11:14 a.m., C1 and C2 bumped into each other.Therefore, Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. A copy of appeal rights and report was given to director. Exit interview was conducted with director, Kelly Samimi.
