25 | On May 12, 2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kari McWilliams and Adrian Pizano conducted an unannounced case management visit and met with Licensee Yesenia Rodriguez. LPAs toured the home and a census was taken.
LPAs informed Licensee the purpose of the visit was due to during the complaint investigation conducted by CDSS CCLD Investigations Branch it was noted on pages 54 and 55 of the report that there were 15 children that attend the daycare. In the report it was not determined if the children attend at the same time. To ensure that the day care was not operating out of capacity LPAs reviewed the log in and log out times on Licensee's Bright Wheel app that is used to sign in and out children in the daycare. Through the Bright Wheel app LPAs were able to determine that prior to school children coming in the afternoon child #1 (C1) left by 2:30PM every day and the school children did not arrive until around 2:50PM daily. LPAs were able to observe that the maximum amount of children in the daycare at one time did not exceed 14 children.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
Exit interview conducted with Licensee Yesenia Rodriguez. Notice of site provided and must be posted for 30 days.
