32 | LPA was given a company issued memo with directions for supervising children. These handouts included information for infant safe sleep, feeding, and playing.
Staff stated there was no outbreak in room. Staff stated that when children become sick parents are contacted immediately. LPA observed records stating children becoming sick but not with the same symptoms and illnesses. LPA observed a letter to parents for when children become ill.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
The Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative.
Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Cheryl Gartsman.
