On 10/07/2021 at 1:00 pm Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Deborah Lowe and Carolyn Tuba arrived at facility to conducted an unannounced Annual Required Inspection and was met by Licensee, Santosh Sagoo. Also present were licensee's son and their two minor grandchildren.

Licensee stated they are not currently providing care to children and would like to be placed on inactive status. LPAs advised the terms and conditions of being on inactive status. Licensee stated they understand.

LPAs provided licensee with LIC 9211 Request for Inactive Child Care Status and licensee completed LIC 9211 Request for Inactive status and provided back to LPAs.



Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Santosh Sagoo.
