On 11/18/2022 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Isabel Ortega and Andrea Pittman conducted a Case Management -Deficiencies inspection for the purpose of determining whether Adult #3 is present in the Family Child Care Home during hours of operation. During today's inspection, LPAs were greeted by Licensee Marianne Hanna and was granted entry, A tour of the Family Care Day Home was completed. LPAs did not observe Adult #3 present in the home today. Upon arrival, LPAs observed 9 children in care.

During today's inspection, licensee stated that Adult #3 is not present, and will be completing her fingerprints prior to being hired. Licensee stated she understands Adult#3 can not be on the premises during hours of operation until fingerprint cleared and associated to License.


No citations will be issued today. An Exit Interview was conducted, a copy of this Report, Appeal rights and a Notice of Site visit was provided to the licensee.
