On 2/15/2024, Licensing Program Analyst Adrian Risher conducted a case management inspection. LPA met with the licensee. LPA did not observe any daycare children present in the home. The purpose of the inspection was to confirm that the Decision and Order was received by Licensee.

The Decision and Order was received on 01/29/2024 with an effective date of 02/08/2024. Licensee came to the door and confirmed that he received the Decision and Order. Licensee stated that he closed the daycare on 02/08/2024.

Licensee did not allow LPA Risher to access the home. LPA did not hear or observe any children in care. LPA Risher was able to see in the home from the window.

Licensee stated he did not have anything else to say to the department.

Exit interview was conducted.
