On 8/20/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond arrived at the above-mentioned Childcare Center for the purpose of delivering findings for the above-mentioned allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with director Ndidi Duruhesie and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility and observed 12 children in care with 3 staff providing care and supervision.

During the visit LPA toured the facility and conducted observations.

A full investigation was conducted which included observations, records reviews, and interviews. Based on observations, record reviews, and interviews, which were conducted and recorded, there is not sufficient evidence to show that ratio was violated. Therefore, the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.

On 05/28/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond completed an initial 10-day complaint investigation. During inspection, the LPA toured the facility, obtained pertinent documents, and completed interviews with staff.

Between 05/28/26 and 08/11/26 LPA Richmond contacted parents of children enrolled in the above-named Childcare Center to conduct interviews.

On 8/11/28 LPA Richmond completed a subsequent visit and concluded interviews with staff.

On 8/20/26 LPA Ranita Richmond conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation.


Per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes, no citations were issued.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to Director Ndidi Duruhesie.
Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
