32 | Pertaining to the allegation, the reporting party was concerned about supervision at pickup.
Staff interviews revealed that preschool children are picked up from classroom #3. Licensee stated they add a child gate to the classroom doorway at pickup in addition to conducting a head count. Licensee stated there was one incident where a child ran ahead of the group to go inside, but the group closely followed.
Parent interviews revealed there are no concerns with care and supervision provided.
On 7/27/26 and 8/21/26, LPA observed at least 1 teacher with maximum 12 preschool children, which is compliant with Community Care Regulations for teacher to child ratio in a preschool program.
Based on the evidence obtained during the investigation, which included interviews with relevant parties, and information collected and reviewed from pertinent parties, there is insufficient evidence regarding the allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is found to be unsubstantiated.
No deficiencies are issued. Appeal rights provided.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
