On 9/21/2026 LPA Laureano concluded interviews with relevant parties.

Staff interviews indicated that proper procedures are in place for handling minor incidents, including scrapes, bumps, and biting. Furthermore, interviews confirmed that staff members maintain active certification in First Aid and CPR. Per director and document review, all staff has completed and/or has valid CPR and First Aid certification. Interviewed parents expressed no concerns regarding the care and supervision of their children, noting that the facility communicates effectively when necessary.

Based on comprehensive staff and parent interviews alongside document reviews, no evidence was disclosed to confirm that staff failed to provide adequate supervision, failed to utilize proper first aid protocols, or violated reporting requirements.
While the alleged allegation may have occurred and/or are valid, the investigation lacked a preponderance of evidence to prove that the above allegations did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated.

Exit interview was completed and copy of report and Notice of Site Visit was provided to Director Netsanet Lessanework.
