The hours of operation will be 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Applicant is requesting to have a family child care home with a capacity of 14. The fire clearance was approved on 01/22/2025 by Fire Inspector Luis Miranda.

The single family home is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The daycare will consist of the living room, dining room, Room 1, Room 2, and Room 3. These areas were inspected by LPA. A safety latch needs to be attached Room 4's door in order to make it inaccessible to the children in care. Applicant is renting the home. Applicant provided property owner/landlord consent form with the application. The living room will be used for daily activities such as learning, games, playing and napping. The dining room will be used for eating. Room 1 and Room 2 are additional play spaces. Room 3 will be used as the infant nap room. The parents will enter home from the front entrance. LPA observed a safety gate at the entrance of the living room. Room 2 will serve as the isolation area. Cots and cribs will be used for napping.

LPA inspected the bathroom and did not observe any medications or poisons that could pose a potential risk to children in care. The kitchen was inspected during the visit. LPA did not observe any knives or sharp objects, detergents or cleaning supplies that would pose a potential risk to children in care. These items were made inaccessible to the children. On this date, 12/13/2024, the California Attorney General - Megan’s Law website was searched for information on sex offenders required to register with local law enforcement under California's Megan's Law. No registered sex offenders were found at the facility addresses. Under state law, some registered sex offenders are not subject to public disclosure; therefore, they may not have been included in this search. However, the Department conducts a monthly cross reference of each address on record for all registered sex offenders against all CCLD facility addresses pursuant to information shared by California DOJ.

Applicant was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org site, a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.

Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platforms.
To receive important licensed related information to licensed facilities, visit the CCLD Important Information website at https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/community-care-licensing/subscribe and select the Child Care option to receive email communication.
