LPA conducted a case management visit. LPA advised Licensee of the reason for the visit. There was one child present during the visit.
Licensee informed LPA they are not operating to outside clients/ agencies and are only providing care for one grandchild. Licensee stated they want to place facility on inactive status for the time being. LPA provided form LIC 9211 'Request for Inactive Child Care License Status' to Licensee.
LPA obtained completed form and reviewed the requirements for approval and the requirements once the facility inactive status has expired.
Facility will be on inactive status from 7/11/23 to 1/8/24.
No deficiencies cited today.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Veneranda Sanchez. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
