Regarding the allegation that the provider Provider refused daycare children food. All parties interviewed during this investigation stated they receive meals when they are hungry. LPA visited the facility on three (3) occasions during the investigation and witnessed children receiving meals or snacks during various times of the day.

Based on information obtained during the investigation, the allegation was determined to be unsubstantiated. An unsubstantiated finding means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

No deficiencies are cited on this date.

Exit interview was conducted with Laurie Sanders, Licensee and Melanie Howard, Assistant. Appeal Rights were given and explained.
