32 | Regarding the allegation that Staff yell at day care children and Staff do not adequately supervise day care children, LPA interviewed reporting party and 9 witnesses, LPA reviewed evidence and made observations during unannounced site visits, LPA observed staff ratios are maintained and extra staff are provided to support needs of children in care. LPA observed that classroom staff raise their voice to get the attention and keep them safe, no personal right violation were observed. LPA discussed with Site supervisor, alternate ways to maintain children safety while getting their attention.
Interviews conducted did not provided information to support the allegations. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated at this.
