Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) T. Tran arrived at the above licensed home to deliver the Non-Compliance Conference (NCC) report conducted by via teleconference using Zoom 03/02/2022. Upon arrival, LPA met with an employee, Maria Rodriguez with four children in care. Per employee, licensee is currently at the doctor appointment. About 9:40 AM, licensee arrived home.

LPA obtained licensee's signature for the NCC report and the copy of this report was provided to the licensee including copy of The Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports(LIC 9224).

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Teresa Parga.
