An unannounced case management conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), T. Tran at the above licensed home. Upon arrival at 8:35 AM, LPA met with licensee Teresa Parga, licensee's adult sons, an employee, and observed a child in care. LPA did not observe any other adults in the home.

The purpose of today’s visit to provide increased monitoring to ensure compliance of the home. The LPA inspected the facility to ensure the health and safety requirements are being met that was discussed during the noncompliance conference on 03/02/2022.

No deficiency was cited during today's visit.



A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Teresa Parga.
