Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) T. Tran conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection at the above licensed childcare home for the purposed of increased monitoring. About 12:50 PM, LPA met licensees Ramona & Rosario Sapiens. LPA did not observe any children in care. Per licensees, the facility is currently providing care for a preschooler and 3 schoolage children at this time.

LPA observed consolidated Covid-19 CHHS postings by the entry and at the daycare area. LPA observed the hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, masks, and gloves accessible in the home. Per licensees, families are welcome to come inside the home, but mostly children were greeted by the entrance. Licensees advised parents to keep the children home when they are not feeling well. The current hours of operation are from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM; Monday through Friday.

The LPA inspected the facility to ensure the health and safety requirements are being met that was discussed during the noncompliance conference on 01/29/2021. LPA did not observed any infants in care and no highchair in the home.

LPA completed record review, licensee has current CPR and First Aid expires on March, 2022.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Ramona Sapiens.
