Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted a case management- legal at 2:25PM. The purpose of the this visit is to obtain signatures for a previous virtual Noncompliance Conference that was held on 12/19/23.
Upon arrival there were no children present.

LPA reviewed the Noncompliance report with licensee and obtained signature. During inspection Cynthia Taylor stated she moved out of the facility and gave LPA an application LIC 279 removing herself as co-licensee. Per Cynthia Taylor still wants to remain associated to the facility.

Licensee Erica Pineda arrived at 3:22pm with 1 child.

No deficiencies were observed today 1/09/2024.

Exit interview was conducted with Cynthia Taylor and Erica Pineda.
