Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Robert Gutierrez conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings. LPA met with Licensee, Dana Haumea. Licensee accompanied LPA during tour of facility both inside and outside. LPA discussed the findings and a census was taken. During the course of the investigation LPA interviewed staff, witnesses and reviewed facility records.

Based on investigation conducted, it was determined that although the licensee has allowed an uncleared individuals to enter her facility during operating hours, there is insufficient evidence to determine if any uncleared individuals are residing in the home or are providing care and supervision to children in care.
Although the allegation that an uncleared adult is in the day care home may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove an uncleared adult is assisting with day care children and/or resides at the facility. Therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
