LPA Kevin O'Connell made a follow up visit as the Licensee closed her facility.
There was no childcare during the visit. Licensee was in the middle of packing as the home was sold and she stated that she is moving on May 14, 2022.
Licensee states that she sent in her license to CCL on 4/14/22 but she sent it to the Rohnert Park address.
CCL will close this file.
