During the course of this investigation, the reporting party was interviewed by LPA Lee. There was nothing observed from the interview that could be considered additional evidence that corroborated the allegation. The details of the allegation provided a description of the classroom age range and the name of the staff members. Interviews with parents of children in care were conducted and attempted.
During the second inspection conducted on this date 08/21/2026, LPA Lee did not observe anything during the walk through, records review, or interviews that that corroborated the allegation.
Therefore, the Orange County Regional Child Care Licensing Office has investigated this complaint alleging that facility staff left day care children unattended for an extended period of time. Although this allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not enough preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is found to be unsubstantiated.
The notice of site inspection must remain posted for a period of 30 days during hours of operation. Failure to maintain this posting requirement may result in a civil penalty $100.00 dollars.
