Licensee acknowledged that children may never enter these off-limit areas. LPA observed that the facility is clean, safe, sanitary, and in good repair. The licensee stated there are no weapons or poisons in the home. There is no fireplace in the home. The backyard is fenced and there are no bodies of water.

Required postings and the children’s roster were observed. Licensee does not currently have infants enrolled. Licensee has not conducted fire drills due to not having any children enrolled. LPA reviewed children's forms and fire drill requirements with licensee. Licensee’s CPR/First Aid card expires 7/4/2024. Licensee’s Mandated Reporter certificate expires 2/3/2024. Licensee understands that training's must be completed every two years.
