The Department received documentation to corroborate the statements provided by Pertinent Parties, the indoor exceeded the regulations maximum threshold of 85 degrees.
Based on all the information disclosed from Pertinent Parties, documentation received and observations, the Department has determined the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED.
