32 | LPA conducted observations of the classroom and discussed how supervision is conducted in the classroom with teachers. Parent interviews indicated no concerns regarding supervision or reporting.
LPA found that KinderCare’s internal incident reporting policy states that staff should report incidents to parents when needed as outlined in their Handbook.
Based on interviews and available information, there was not sufficient evidence to determine that staff failed to provide proper supervision resulting in an incident, or that staff knowingly failed to report an unusual incident as required. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid concerns, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations occurred as reported. Therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated. |
