Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabiola Diaz and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Roxana Saravia conducted a POC inspection on today's date at around 1:05 PM. LPA and LPM spoke with Maria Alcantar (AKA Carmen) and Alma Limon.

A type A deficiency was cited on 7/12/22 for over capacity. A POC inspection was previously conducted on 7/19/22, but the POC was not cleared. Another POC inspection was conducted on 7/28/22 and licensees were still over capacity, so POC was not cleared. On 8/09/22 facility had a different type of inspection and licensees had 15 children present.

On today's date, LPA and LPM observed 9 children present (including one infant), and a 10th child arrived at a later time during visit. Alma explained that the last day she was over capacity was on 8/10/22 and she followed her capacity on 8/11/22. The POC for over capacity was cleared as of 8/11/22.

A Notice of Site visit was provided. An exit interview was conducted.
