13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabiola Diaz and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Roxana Saravia conducted a 10-day complaint inspection for the above allegation on 8/23/22 at around 1:05 PM. LPA and LPM spoke with Licensees Alma Limon and Maria Alcantar and explained the purpose of the inspection. Upon arrival LPA and LPM observed 9 children present; a 10th child arrived at a later time during the visit.
It was alleged that licensees retaliated against employee due to a recent CCLD investigation. LPA and LPM toured the facility and interviewed licensees. Licensees stated that employee left on her own terms. The information provided during the course of the investigation was conflicting and not substantial enough to prove or disprove the allegations. Based on LPAs investigation although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are Unsubstantiated. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited for the above allegations. Appeal Rights were provided to licensee. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days at the facility. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, and a copy was provided to licensee.
