13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Amanda Blesi met with licensee Deanie Guerin to close a complaint investigation, regarding the above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA observed six Children. During the investigation LPA gathered documents pertaining to the investigation, made observations and conducted interviews. It was alleged that the facility did not meet a daycare child’s diapering needs resulting a blowout and rash. It was alleged that a staff was sleeping during the children’s naptime resulting in a lack of supervision. It was also alleged that staff has spoken inappropriately about a daycare child in front of other daycare children. One out of four parent interviews corroborated the allegations.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
No Title 22 Deficiencies observed in the areas that were evaluated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee [or facility representative] Deanie Guerin.
