Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Gagandeep Singh and Corina Beckby met with the licensee, Thelma Finch, and one helper for inspection of plan of correction.

During today inspection, LPA observed licensee has seven children in care with one helper. Licensee has all of the required documents for the helper. During today's inspection, LPAs observed the licensee is operating within license capacity and meeting the ratio. During inspection, Licensee stated that a fire drill was conducted after LPA's previous inspection and was logged. Per log, the fire drill was conducted on October 27, 2022.

No deficiencies are cited today. Copy of this report is reviewed and provided to the licensee. Notice of site visit is post and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
