Licensing Program manager (LPM) Seychelle De Luca and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Josiah Gathing met with Licensee Thelma Finch for an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of serving a Temporary Suspension Order (TSO). This report and the TSO documents were left with Licensee Thelma Finch.

The following documents are included in the TSO packet: Order for Temporary Suspension of Licensee Prior to Hearing, Statement to Respondent, Government Code sections, Instructions for Licensee about the Summary of Charges, Accusation (License Revocation), Request for Discovery and Notice of Defense (two copies).

Licensee may not operate her Family Child Home facility after the close of business on Friday, May 10, 2024.

Notice LIC9031 was placed on the front door.
