On January 30, 2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lea Habtom and Amanda Blesi arrived at the facility for a plan of correction of the citation issued on December 13, 2022 regarding the room temperature in the Dragonflies classroom. LPAs met with designated staff, Sonya Kennedy. Owner, Courtney Williams, was not present at the time of LPAs arrival and exist. There were 9 preschool napping children being supervised by 1 staff. All staff present today have been fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility.

During the inspection LPAs confirmed that the Dragonflies classroom temperature was at 70 degrees F based on the thermostat reading. LPA L. Habtom cleared the citation issued on December 13, 2022. This report was reviewed with Sonya Kennedy. No Title 22 regulations were cited during today's inspection. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided.
