13 | On Thursday, February 17, 2022 at approximately 9:15 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Alize Tillery and Josiah Gathing met with Licensee Nicolette Noland to conduct an unannounced inspection, for the purpose of closing the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. During today’s visit, there were 5 children present, supervised by Licensee and her Assitant.
The complaint alleged that the Licensee is not present in the home. During the course of the investigation, LPA Tillery conducted interviews with reporting party, parents, staff and children. LPA Tillery obtained conflicting information from interviews whether licensee has been present in the home. LPAs were unable to determine a violation occurred. Therefore, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove or disprove the allegation did or did not occur, therefore the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.
LPA reviewed the report with the Licensee and an exit interview was conducted.
Notice of site visit was provided and is to be posted for 30 days. |
