Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kyrsten Williams and Amanda Sutter met with facility representatives, Nicole Moran and Ginette, for the purpose of delivering complaint findings for the above allegations. The purpose of the inspection was explained. Census included seventeen children being supervised by three staff.

It was alleged that a child sustained injuries due to staff neglect or physical abuse, staff did not prevent a child from obtaining unusual marks, and staff mishandled a daycare child. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed records and made observations. The information gathered was inconsistent to corroborate the above allegations.

Although the allegations above may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with facility representatives, Nicole Moran and Ginette Stephens. Appeal rights provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
