13 | On Friday, 8/7/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amanda Sutter met with Licensee Latonya Dillon to deliver findings regarding the above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA observed the Licensee supervising her own 2 children.
During the investigation, LPA made observations at the facility, interviewed Licensee, and attempted to conduct interviews with parents. LPA was unable to find any evidence that Licensee worked while under the influence of alcohol or that she transported day care children in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Although the allegations may be true or may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations; therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Latonya Dillon. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
