On August 13, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Hanna Cha and Ruby Rosales met with facility representative Margaret Quintana. The purpose of the visit was to deliver findings for the above allegations. During the visit, two teachers and one teacher assistant providing care and supervision to 21 school-age children.

The investigation consisted of observations, file review, and interviews with the Reporting Party (RP), children, staff, and parents.

Concerning the allegation that staff were reprimanded in front of day care children, interviews with children and staff did not disclose any concerns regarding staff being reprimanded in front of other children. Staff interviews disclosed that conversations between staff are held privately and not in the presence of children. Children interviews did not disclose any incidents of staff conflict in the presence of children.

Concerning the allegation that staff are not adequately supervising day care children, interviews with parents and staff did not disclose any concerns regarding staff not adequately supervising day care children. Staff interviews disclosed that the facility maintains ratio requirements. Children interviews disclosed that a staff member is present to supervise children at all times.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above allegations are the result of a personal rights or neglect/lack of supervision violation. Therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated.

A Notice of Site Visit was given and must be posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Margaret Quintana.
