On February 22, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Heath, Barbara Beneroso, and Kristina Diaz conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. The purpose POC inspection was to clear deficiencies cited on January 16, 2023. Present during today’s inspection were 5 childcare children (preschool age) and 1 assistant

LPAs met with the licensee and toured the facility. The following was observed:

1. LPAs observed that outdoor equipment has been repaired or removed from the playground.
2. LPAs observed the garage (room). The 5-year-old child was not attending the childcare due to the illness.
3. LPAs observed children’s Immunization shot records.

Based on LPAs observations on this day, the facility has corrected the deficiencies. A POC clearance letter was provided to the Licensee.

An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report and notice of the site visit were provided to Licensee Julia Ceron
