On October 25, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Calloway made an unannounced case management inspection to Sanders Family Child Care. LPA met with Licensee who granted access. The purpose of the inspection is based on allegations received in Palmdale Regional Office regarding Child 1.

LPA toured the home with Licensee and observed one (1) infant and five (5) toddlers ages 1 1/2 to 2 yrs. olds and two school aged.

LPA conducted confidential interviews.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was read, and a Notice of Site Visit, were provided with Dyesha Sanders, Licensee at the facility. The Notice of Site Visit shall remain posted for thirty (30) consecutive days, failure to maintain posting will result in a $100 Civil Penalty.
