On March 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM, an Office Meeting was conducted at the Palmdale Regional Office. Present during the meeting were Regional Manager (RM) George Mingle, Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Claretta Yates, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kuliema Calloway, and Dyesha Sanders, Licensee.

The goal of this meeting is to review and discuss training requirements for licensee as outlined in the Stipulation and Waiver and Order, which became effective on February 14, 2025.

The following Title 22 Regulations and policies were discussed: During this Office Meeting, we addressed the conditions for the Probationary License and responded to licensee’s questions.

SEEDS Trauma-Informed Care for Infants and Toddlers:

Additionally, licensee shall complete four (4) hours of in-person FCCH Orientation on May 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM at: Child Care Resource Center (CCRC)- 250 Grand Cypress Ave., Palmdale, CA 93551 to satisfy the twelve (12) hours of training required as outlined in the Stipulation.

Exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was discussed and provided to Dyesha Sanders, Licensee.
